In June the Group has won three Gold Awards at the Employee Experience Awards 2023 organised by Human Resources Online. They are: “Best Engagement Programme”, “Best HR Digital Transformation Strategy”, and “Best Response to Pandemic”.
Best Engagement Programme: enhances employee engagement, encourages internal communication, and boosts team bonding.
Best HR Digital Transformation Strategy: transforming the business through digitisation and digitalisation, while improving the overall employee experience.
Best Response to Pandemic: successful strategy from managing staffing disruptions, and the changing nature of workplaces, to successfully engaging staff and looking out for their mental wellbeing.
These awards demonstrate our ongoing efforts to create an engaging workplace for our people and our commitment to continuous learning and development.
