Jebsen Motors Tops the List of Porsche China Dealers for Two Consecutive Years

Jebsen Motors reached an important milestone at the 2017 Porsche China Dealer Conference on May 10. Porsche Centre Shenzhen Longgang and Futian, operated under Jebsen Motors, was awarded the prestigious Dealer of the Year, making Jebsen the winner of this title for the second consecutive year. Hosted by Mr Franz Jung, President and Chief Executive Officer of Porsche China, the conference is an annual event organised by Porsche China, aiming to recognise and honour the dealerships for their outstanding achievements and efforts throughout the year.
Jebsen Motors is also delighted to announce its outstanding performance in 2016, with all of its Porsche Centres being positioned among the top ten in Porsche China’s dealership ranking. Among these Porsche Centres managed by Jebsen Motors, Porsche Centre Hong Kong ranked 2nd and Porsche Centre Shanghai Minhang ranked 5th. Porsche Centre Hangzhou Westlake, Guangzhou and Shanghai Puxi ranked 8th, 9th and 10th respectively.
This remarkable performance is a direct result of Jebsen Motors’ strategic vision and commitment as a long-term partner of Porsche. As one of the largest Porsche dealer groups in the world, Jebsen Motors - with its profound market insight - continues to allocate significant resources towards infrastructure and talent development to enhance the service for its customers. For instance, it recently opened a new Hong Kong Porsche Service Centre in Hung Hom, and completed the upgrade of Porsche’s After-sales Service Centre Hangzhou Westlake. On May 7th, Jebsen Motors opened a state-of-the-art Body & Paint Centre and Asia’s first stand-alone Porsche Classic Car Centre (Porsche Classic Partner )in Hong Kong. Later this year, Jebsen Motors will also open a digital showroom in Guangzhou – the first of its kind in Asia –and a first of its kind City Service Centre following the Le Mans race concept in Shenzhen.
The upgraded infrastructure is supported by highly qualified and certified professionals. In 2016, Jebsen Motors invested over HKD $8 million on staff training to enhance the team members’ professional knowledge and customer service capabilities. To date, Jebsen Motors employs 30 Silver and Gold Certified Porsche Technicians, delivering top quality repair services at all times. It is evident that the investments in new facilities and professional services have been effective, as the dealer group successfully delivered a record high of 9,593 units of Porsche cars in 2016, and served more than 70,000 after-sales services customers, a significant increase from the previous years.
