Exclusive distributor Jebsen Marine to help established British yacht brand develop in growing China market.

Jebsen Group (Jebsen), a leading marketing and distribution organisation for premium products with a unique presence in the Greater China region, unveiled the Fairline Squadron 55 recently at the China International Boat Show 2010.

Jebsen Marine is the exclusive marketing and distribution agent for the British yacht brand in Mainland China. This latest addition follows the Group’s recent addition of luxury yacht brand Riva, bringing yet another famous brand to a luxury portfolio that already includes such names as Porsche and Porsche Design.

The award-winning three-cabin Fairline Squadron 55 flybridge motor yacht has been carefully tailored to the needs of modern-day boaters and their guests. Key features that set the Squadron 55 apart from her competitors include an expansive width, master cabin amidships, and a spacious class-leading flybridge, allowing owners and guests ample room to relax in comfort.

The first in Fairline’s latest generation of Squadron flybridge motor yachts, the Squadron 55 made her world premiere in September 2008 and has been universally well received. In her maiden year, the Squadron 55 won the prestigious 'Motor Boat of the Year’ Award 2009 in the ‘Flybridges over 50ft’ category, judged by a panel of boat testers from UK marine magazines Motor Boats Monthly and Motor Boat & Yachting.

"Fairline is an excellent yacht brand from the UK,” said Mr Mark Bishop, Jebsen’s group director. “Jebsen Marine is proud that they have chosen us to introduce their prestigious brand to customers in this region. We are confident in its potential for this market and are geared up to draw on our more than 100 years of expertise in the region to help drive its success.”
