We know how hard our colleagues work each day and try to show our appreciation in many ways, like by promoting a fun and welcoming work environment, providing ample development opportunities, and recognising stellar work. But sometimes, nothing says “thank you” as plainly and unequivocally as a cool, mouth-watering treat like ice cream and cakes!
Over July and August, we held Thank You Parties across 18 offices and Porsche Centres in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Tianjin. Ice cream booths were set up in Hong Kong where colleagues gathered to enjoy scoops of delicious ice cream, lovingly served by our directors and managers. In Mainland China, colleagues got together for some fun down time in their offices while devouring their favourite snacks and fresh fruits.
The smiling faces and happy chatter we saw at these parties remind us why keeping a culture of appreciation is core to our values. We sincerely thank our colleagues for all their hard work through the years!
