In the spirits of the Paris Olympics this year, the first-ever Causeway Bay Corporate Games 2024 was held, with over 200 participants from 11 esteemed companies, including us Jebseners! The vibrant festivities filled the neighborhood of Causeway Bay (CWB) with fun, sportsmanship and camaraderie.
Group CEO Mr. Alfons Mensdorff opened the event with a warm welcome speech, voicing hopes that extending beyond competition, this event would build long-term relationships and create memorable experiences within the CWB community. Symbolising the formation of new friendships, Alfons, CFO Mr. Edwin Morris and CHRO Ms. Sara Ho took part in the pistol firing ceremony representing our Group, kicking off the games with representatives from other participating companies.
Despite the sweltering summer heat, each team displayed an impressive level of skills and teamwork, making the games a thrilling spectacle for all. The cheers and close games hyped up the atmosphere!

Congratulations to our Team B for winning the champion in Memory Challenge, and our Team A for becoming the overall first-runner up in the Causeway Bay Corporate Games 2024 by winning third place in both Memory Challenge and Foot Darts!
As the day concluded, the Causeway Bay Corporate Games 2024 achieved its goal of uniting people and fostering a sense of community through sports. It was great to see our participants taking the opportunity to connect with the corporates and develop new friendships.
