During “Sports for Vision” Phase V, aligned with Wellness Month 2024, we introduced a special incentive: for every minute of exercise in November 2024, colleagues would earn 1.5 vision points. Thanks to the efforts of Jebseners, we achieved the goal of 100,000 vision points one month ahead of schedule!

Following visits to the Shanghai Film Museum and the Hangzhou By Art Museum with visually impaired students, the vision points from Phases IV and V have been redeemed for tickets to the Sky Museum in Shenzhen. On December 22, 2024, 15 Jebsen volunteers from Shenzhen and Guangzhou accompanied 15 visually impaired students to learn about planetary culture and enjoy the fun of artistic creation.
The “Starry Night Thai Art Toy Exhibition” features artworks by 10 Thai artists that ingeniously combines virtual planets with original characters, presenting a unique and enjoyable creative universe. The cartoon-like exhibits captured the attention of visually impaired students. Guided by the docents, Jebsen volunteers accompanied the children through tactile exploration of the exhibits, listening to sounds, and engaging in fun quizzes, all the while delving into the mysterious and brilliant world of planetary culture.

During the art therapy activity, the children also performed in groups, playing a unique symphony with their musical instruments. The entire process was filled with laughter and creativity.
The children, along with Jebsen volunteers, used straw hats, feathers, yarn, and clay to create their dream planets. Through this process, the children not only experienced the joy of art but also felt the power of teamwork.

Thank you to all the Jebsen volunteers for joining us and supporting the visually impaired students and their families, making this a pleasant and meaningful weekend. We also extend our gratitude to every colleague who participated in “Sports for Vision”, making all of this possible.
