On 10 July, Jebsen Motors celebrated the renewal of Porsche Centre Shanghai Puxi’s at its new premises in Xuhui District, marking the official launch of its fully upgraded and integrated sales-and-service centre. Originally established in 2003 as Jebsen’s first Porsche Centre in Shanghai, Porsche Centre Shanghai Puxi has continued to grow alongside the brand for 23 years. This renewal to upgraded premises reflects Jebsen Motors’ ongoing commitment to elevating service standards and customer experience, further strengthening its presence in the heart of Shanghai.
On the day of the ceremony, Mr Philipp von Witzendorff, Chief Operating Officer of Porsche China, and Mr Frederic Bottlang, Managing Director of Jebsen Motors, were joined in witnessing this milestone by senior management from Porsche China and Jebsen Group, alongside loyal Porsche customers, Porsche enthusiasts and local media.
During the ceremony, Mr Philipp von Witzendorff remarked, “Over the past 23 years, Porsche Centre Shanghai Puxi has grown in step with this city, serving as both a witness to and participant in Porsche’s journey in China. This renewal represents not only a comprehensive upgrade of its physical space, but also an advancement in our service philosophy. Through the deep integration of sales and after-sales service, this centre will meet our customers’ trust and loyalty with higher service standards and an even more complete business ecosystem.”
Mr Jason Gao, General Manager of Porsche Centre Shanghai Puxi, added: “From Nanjing West Road to Guyi Road in Xuhui, our location has changed, yet our original aspiration remains. We will take this renewal as an opportunity to uphold our commitment to every owner and to convey the authentic culture and service philosophy of Porsche.”
With this renewal, the former Nanjing West Road showroom and Guyi Road after-sales service centre have been consolidated at a brand new address in Xuhui District, completing the transition from separate sales and service operations to a comprehensive and integrated service centre. Situated in a core location within Xuhui’s inner ring area, the new centre spans two levels with a total building area of 2,312 square metres, encompassing a new car display, dedicated delivery area, Porsche Approved pre-owned cars section and full-scope after-sales service.
It is fully equipped with a pre-inspection bay, six mechanical and electrical bays and six body-and-paint bays, complemented by an advanced digital service system and fast-charging facilities for pure electric vehicles, in keeping with Porsche’s growing range of all-electric models. The after-sales team comprises one Gold, three Silver and two Bronze Porsche-certified technicians, all delivering a high-quality, full-lifecycle service experience to customers.
For over 70 years, Jebsen has stood alongside Porsche in Greater China. Looking ahead, Jebsen Motors will continue working with Porsche to raise service standards and deliver an exceptional experience for each and every customer.
